Right click the worksheet tab and choose the view.
Go to the View tab and Custom Views, and then select the view and Click Show.

Add a new view, give it the same name as the existing view, and click Yes when asked if you’d like to delete it and continue.
Select the existing view, delete it, and then create a new view with the same name.
Select the existing view, click the modify button, and then save it.

To hide data you don't want users to see when you send them a workbook.
To build different looks for printing or editing that only show the data you need.
To collapse details displayed in particular rows and only show subtotals.
