1. What is the quickest way to change a photo nondestructively to mono-chrome color?
Choose Black and White from the Filter Menu.
Add an Adjustment Layer and use the Black and White effect.
Change the contrast level until all of the colors are gone.
2. What does the ‘Use Legacy’ button in the Contrast Menu do?
Makes the contrast function like it was in the older versions of Photoshop.
