When drawing out rounded rectangles, what does the Radius Setting on the options bar do?
It sets the angle of the rectangle.
It sets how round the corners of the rectangle will be.
It sets the proportional size of the rectangle.
To get an indented look like this on the middle layer you would:
Draw a line where the shadow would be and change the Blend Mode to Overlay.
Add a shadow to the background layer, then use the middle layer and a mask.
Add an inner shadow in the Layer Styles.
