Afton Howard
Afton is an experienced customer service supervisor certified in training and development. Afton takes pride in participating in atmospheres of teamwork, efficiency, and diversity. For more than 20 years, she has dedicated her skills to helping others enhance their customer service skills and performance. She currently works on the frontlines and behind the scenes in aviation to help create a dynamic customer service environment. She is a traveling trainer, supporting other organizations and operations through training and development. She has studied business administration and business management at California State University, Northridge, and College of Southern Nevada.
