Chinasa Elue, PhD

Dr. Elue is a dynamic speaker, leadership consultant, professor, and grief coach. She provides strategic coaching and consulting to help organizations navigate change with empathy and resilience. An associate professor at Kennesaw State University, she also hosts the Grieving in Color Podcast, guiding conversations on grief and loss. Her work has been featured in USA Today, Better Homes & Gardens, and the Institute of Coaching. Dr. Elue holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Clemson University.
