Colleen is a principal and founding member of Gallion Coaching, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership development, organizational development, change management, and performance management. Colleen has over twenty years of experience in leading teams in high change velocity tech companies. Colleen is an ICF certified Executive Coach and has studied Organizational Development with the Institute of Organizational Development. She has successfully created in-house coaching organizations and has implemented coaching from third parties. She also collaborates with executive teams to customize solutions that increase engagement, retention, and the bottom line.
