Desiree Booker

Desiree Booker is an Inclusive Employer Branding Consultant. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant at ColorVizion Lab LLC. She helps companies earn the loyalty of diverse talent through inclusive employer branding, and coaches professional Black women into fulfilling careers. She has held diversity recruiting and communication roles at global brands including NBCUniversal, MSNBC, WarnerMedia, and Gartner. Desiree holds a BA in Psychology from Spelman College, and is known for her relational nature and results-driven coaching style. She is deeply passionate about advancing the careers of Black women.
