Felicia is a learning and development lead at Google who designs and delivers engaging learning experiences at scale. Her expertise in sales enablement, combined with a background in TEDx community organizing and design, has enabled her to create impactful training programs for diverse audiences in tech, academia, and the nonprofit sector. Felicia is a passionate advocate for inclusive learning cultures, high-performing teams, and continuous improvement. She holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University, an M.A. in Education from Stanford University, and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Her M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison is expected in 2025.
