Genein Letford, M.Ed

Genein is a national thought leader in building brain capital through the arts and the creator of Prismatic Leadership, Intercultural Creativity®, and NeuroSomatic Creativity®. A 2019 LA Lakers Business Woman and 2015 CA Charter Teacher of the Year, she is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of CAFFE Strategies, which is a consulting, coaching and training company that champions sustainable organizational equity and inclusion strategies based on neuroscience. In addition to writing many books on creativity and the brain, she founded Lyrics ’N Leadership Institute, which uses the work and music of iconic artists to teach life and leadership skills.
