Jennifer Tenorio

Jennifer is part of the board of directors on The Portland Peace Team, which participates in de-escalation at protests and marches in Portland, Oregon. The Peace Team grew into a full non-profit in 2020. Jennifer and The Peace Team have provided training for community groups in de-escalation, bystander intervention, and peacekeeping since 2015. Most recently, they’ve provided dozens of online training sessions to members of the community, including the mayor's office. Jennifer's approach to peace building is centered on connecting to the people we interact with by using compassion and authentic heart.
