Trevor Kasmar

Trevor Kasmar, MSML is a Principal and founding member of Candlehill LLC, an impactful consulting firm that partners with organizations to unlock the potential of their most valuable asset, their people. Trevor's background in managing and leading teams and programs in the financial services and hospitality sectors, along with his experience in corporate training and teaching at the collegiate level, has equipped him with a unique perspective to guide leaders, teams, and organizations. Trevor holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University. He chooses to intentionally work with responsive clients who care about a people-centered approach toward developing leaders at all levels of their organization. Trevor loves working closely with clients around the world, both in-person and virtually, all while guarding time to dedicate to his loving family.
