If you practice and watch yourself on video, you will feel embarrassed and cringe.
If you practice and watch yourself on video, you can see how you appear to others and note your good points and areas that need improvement. If you practice until you are happy with the result, you will not feel nervous or self-conscious as you will know exactly how you are coming across.

You don’t need to practice on video at all.
Until you have reduced the list of things you dislike by half.
As many times as it takes until you have reduced the list of things you can improve and feel content that you are being the best you can be.
