1. How do you assess where you are?
Be as subjective as possible and gauge where you are in in any given moment.
Be as objective as possible and gauge where you are in that current moment.
Gauge where you will be in the future.
2. Don’t make it…
Don’t make it seem like it’s over.
Don’t make it acceptable.
Don’t make it better or worse. Be brutally honest and real.
3. Why not make it better or worse sounding?
Employees will spread rumors.
You don’t want to mislead into overly stressing, or taking excessive leisure time. Tell it like it is.
Because employees will want to sell or buy stock.
