When to use
Rather than designing your own flyers or business letters from scratch, let MS Word help you with the catalogue of pre-designed templates. This is a time-saving feature that you have access to free-of-charge and with no copyright infringement (because you paid for the MS Word program on your computer.)
1. Click the FILE ribbon
then click NEW
The Search box appears at the top of the screen.
2. In the Search box, type the topic to find: “Thank you letter” or “Resume“.
Notice all instances of that topic are displayed.
3. To open a template, double click it. To pin it to the top for future use, click the tiny push pin on the corner of the thumbnail image.
4. Edit the document as necessary, save and print.
