1. When shouldn’t you password protect a file?
Never password a file.
Password a file whenever you want.
When the work is for your employer and does not belong to you personally. Employees come and go, and passwords with them.
2. What option would you use to inspect a document and “clean the fingerprints” off of it?
File, Info, Check for Issues, Inspect Document
No such option exists.
3. Where would you find unsaved versions of a document?
File, Info, Manage Versions, Recover Unsaved Documents
