2. How can you identify your target audience?
Identifying your target audience is easy: just look at your old customers.
You don’t need to identify a target audience.
To identify your target audience, you need to ask yourself a number of questions, such as ‘who is interested in my news?’ and ‘who wants/needs my product?’
3. Your target audience can be broadly divided into two categories, what are they?
Insiders and outsiders.
Existing customers and new customers.
Media representatives and the general public.
