1. What type of team leadership should team members who are not the designated team leader display?
Participatory leadership – fully engaging with and supporting the team.
Team members who are not the designated team leader do not have leadership responsibilities within the team.
Delegated leadership – performing those leadership tasks assigned to them by the team leader.
2. What additional responsibilities does a Core Team member have beyond the normal team member responsibilities?
Core team members make all team decisions.
Core team members represent an entire function. They develop and execute functional plans that support the team and act as the communication point of contact for the team within the function.
Core Team members attend all team meeting – setting the agenda, taking notes and assigning action items.
3. What is a characteristic of a poor team member?
Pursuit of personal goals while performing team activities.
Disagrees with other team members.
Does not perform assigned activities.
