Delete characters in PowerPoint with these shortcuts.

Delete one character left The most basic of shortcuts. Without needing to select and text, delete one character at a time, or hold down this shortcut to delete multiple characters at a faster rate. Backspace Delete
Delete one character right Traditional deletion in PowerPoint goes to the left (behind your cursor.) Use this shortcut to delete in the opposite direction ahead of your cursor and to the right. Delete Fn Delete
