1. Excel places a little mark in a cell to indicate that there is a comment in it. What does that indicator look like?
It is a little red triangle in the top right of the cell
It is a little green triangle in the top left of the cell
It is a little blue triangle in the bottom right corner of the cell
2. If you select to print comments at the end of the sheet, what other print settings should you modify?
Row and column headings and gridlines should also be printed.
None are necessary. The comments print as displayed on the sheet.
Worksheet headers should be configured.
3. How would you review each comment in your workbook to ensure that you didn’t miss any?
Use the Show All Comments button on the Review tab to show all the comments
Print the worksheet and look for the little red indicators
Use the Next button on the Review tab to cycle through each comment
