1. What is the keyboard shortcut for applying a Clipping Mask?
There is no default shortcut for a Clipping Mask.
2. Which is being used as a mask in the image?
The shapes are being used as a mask.
In this example the text is being used as a Clipping Mask to reveal the shapes below.
3. If you want to use more than one object as a mask, you will need to do what first?
You will need to group all of the objects that you want to use as a mask by going to the Object Menu and choosing 'Group' from the list, or by selecting the objects and pressing Command/Ctrl+G.
