What is the easiest way to scale a print job so that all columns are forced to one page, but it will print as many pages as needed to display all the rows?
In Print Preview, set the scaling to “Fit Sheet on One Page”
Manually scale the job until it fits
On the Page Layout tab, set the Width to 1 page.
How would you get Excel to print the date and time of the print job in the header of each page?
Use the =NOW() formula in row 1, then repeat row 1 at the top of each page.
Go to Print Preview and check the “Time stamp in header” option
Go to Page Layout > Print Titles > Custom Header, type “Printed “ and click the date and time icons
If you wanted to repeat the top 5 rows on every page you print, where would you go to configure this?
Page Setup > Print Area
Page Setup > Print Titles
