1. How do you take control of your folder list when the computer wants to alphabetize them?
Just use old-school alphabetizing tricks, like typing a “1” or “2” in front of the folder name.
A to Z makes sense, so just leave it alone.
Click the FOLDER ribbon, and click-to-turn-off “Show All Folders A to Z”, then click and drag your folders to sort them to your preference.
2. Why move certain folders to the Favorites on the Folder Pane?
To keep a close eye on problems.
Favorites stores your Active folders at the top of the Folder list and in your constant view.
We all have Favorites!
3. Why set up a Search folder for flagged emails?
It helps you stay organized.
Because it searches “all” your folders for flagged emails and shows them in one contained place.
No reason, they are flagged so I will find them.
