How do you create a visual?
Right click on the project canvas, select Add Visual from the drop-down menu, and then select your chosen visual from the list
Drag and drop your chosen visual from the Visualizations gallery onto the project canvas, and then add fields from the Fields list to include in your visual

Right click on the field name in the visual on the project canvas and select Rename, or double-click the field name
