1. Why should you send journalists a sample of your product?
Because a product sample will distinguish your product from the others.

2. How should you come across at an interview?
You should show that you prepared beforehand: journalists have no time to waste.
You should consider it as an opportunity to make a sales pitch: journalists are interested in a bargain.
You should be genuine: journalists are interested in the real you behind your company and products.
3. You are the CEO of an international renewable energy company. A journalist has invited you for an interview after the recent publication of a press release announcing the 30th anniversary of your company. Given the topic of the press release, which angle would be the most appropriate?
The chronological angle: you should focus on the milestones that your company has achieved so far and celebrate its success.
The local angle: you should focus on the impact your company has had on the local community.
The solution angle: you should focus on how your company can meet the challenges of a future time when we will have run out of fossil fuel.
