1. What is the role of the Scrum Team in the development of the Product Backlog?
Scrum Team members create the Product Backlog when the Sprint has completed to demonstrate what was accomplished.
There is no role, the Scrum Team members. Often they have not yet been assigned when the Product Backlog is being created.
Scrum Team members review, clarify and agree to the Product Backlog.
2. Who sets the priorities for the Stories in the Product Backlog?
The Scrum Master.
The Product Owner.
3. As a rule of thumb, what is the most number of project deliverables that should be included on one Story Card?
One deliverable per Story Card.
Deliverables are not recorded on Story Cards.
Any number, so long as the Story Card activity can be accomplished in less than a day.
