1. During Sprint Execution, who assigns Scrum Team members to Stories (creates the RACI matrix)?
Scrum Team members decide as they finish a Story which Story they will work on next, with Sprint Backlog priority being a strong influence.
Senior management assigns the Scrum Team members when they approve the Sprint Plan.
The Scrum Master creates the RACI matrix as part of Sprint Planning and that assigns Scrum Team members to Stories.
2. How does the Scrum Team determine when to move a Story from the WIP column to the Done Column on the Scrum Board?
Stories are not moved from WIP to Done. The WIP column refers to Stories that are being worked on during this Sprint. The Done column refers to Stories completed in previous Sprints.
Stories are moved to the Done column following the Sprint Demo.
When the Story results satisfy the Story Demo Criteria.
3. During a Sprint, how is progress tracked by the Scrum Team?
Progress is tracked on a Gantt Chart and Milestone Chart and reviewed weekly with senior management and the Scrum Team.
Through the Scrum Board and Burn Down Chart which are updated after each Scrum meeting.
Through Earned Value Reports that are provided daily by Finance or the PMO.
