Select entire data range of the current selection – Microsoft Excel shortcut
This selects the entire contiguous data range from your current selection. If this is not the entire worksheet, pressing this shortcut a second time will select the entire sheet. If your selection is within an Excel Table, Ctrl + A will select only the data portion of the table. A second time pressing Ctrl + A will include the header row, and a third will select the entire sheet.
