Having more alignment in your life is a proven way to feel more balanced, motivated, and passionate about how you spend your time. This course, taught by communications coach and entrepreneur Christina Vo, navigates how to align your values throughout all avenues of your life. Christina first reviews the basics of alignment with you, including its importance to overall well-being. She then shares how these values can impact the type of work you enjoy, and how you work most effectively. Finally, Christina explores how you can embody your values in other aspects of your life, such as in relationships, and how they play a role in stress management. Upon completion of this course, you will have the tools and the confidence to reflect on your alignment and set yourself on a path of sustained growth.

Christina Vo
Christina helps visionary leaders and entrepreneurs align their masculine and feminine energies to foster flow, creativity, and abundance in work and life. She strives to create alignment that contributes to greater global balance and regularly offers guidance to help women find their voice. Her career began in Vietnam with roles at UNDP, J. Walter Thompson, UNICEF, and Solidaridad. Later, she managed the Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum. After returning to the U.S., she worked as a donor relations writer at UCSF and started a floral design business, conscioustyle. Christina holds an MSc from LSE and a BS in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill.
