Ana is a bilingual career strategist, career development instructor, and founder of Digital Butterfly Communications, LLC. Ana is a certified HR professional, and first-generation college and MBA graduate. She has many years of work experience in Brazil and the US, working for global organizations. Ana is passionate about helping people advocate for themselves at work. As a solo immigrant, she had to learn how to advocate for herself in a new culture. She encourages her students to become Chief Career Officers, and advocate for their careers.
