In this course, from expert strategist Aaron Marshall, PhD, you'll learn how to strengthen your organizational culture, which will improve communication, boost morale, and foster trust. you'll learn how to truly understand the roots of your culture, honor its best parts, and then translate those values into optimal behaviors. you'll discover how to draw out your “hidden” culture, create feedback loops, and open up communication between layers. Aaron will also show you how to develop support systems to build trust, allowing you to feed your culture for the long haul.

Dr. Aaron Marshall is a C-suite executive with nearly a decade of professional coaching under his belt. He has a knack and passion for equipping entrepreneurs, executives, and their teams to take meaningful steps forward. As a strategist and consultant, Aaron integrates his academic background in character formation (Philosophy, MA) and personal/social development (Education, PhD) with practical business experience across a variety of settings – as a small business owner, educator, NPO founder, and COO.Aaron serves as affiliate faculty for Penn State's Kurt Hahn Consortium for Values and Experiential Learning, sits on several boards, and taught a social entrepreneurship course for Westmont College. In the event some portion of their lives goes un-programmed, you’ll find Aaron enjoying family life outdoors – hiking, biking, paddling, skating, or surfing locally.
