What you’ll learn
Skills you’ll gain
If you've ever worked for a stellar leader, you may be wondering what magic they possessed and how you can get it. This course, taught by leadership and training coach Audrey Daniels, explores the behaviors an assertive leader must practice in order to be successful. Effective leaders are first and foremost learners - they want to know how to best inspire team members to follow their cues to grow both professionally and personally. Audrey will emphasize the importance of a leader’s capacity for empathy, communication, and presence. She'll share three ways to engage, inspire, and change employee’s lives so that you can nurture confidence and trust within your team. Audrey will help you see the value in not just holding a “leadership role," but rather being an “admirable doer” by inspiring you to practice consistency, authenticity, and awareness. After completing this course, you'll be ready to build upon your leadership skills to become a stellar team leader.
