Rachel Staples Guettler, MM, EdD, is an executive coach, leadership coach, vocal performance coach, and professional opera singer. Rachel works in professional higher education administration and currently serves as the Director of Development for Pepperdine University Advancement. Rachel teaches in the Pepperdine Consulting Certificate Program at the Graduate School of Education & Psychology, and she facilitates educational workshops for students in the Masters of Science in Management and Leadership program at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Rachel has a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and holds a Master's degree of Music in Vocal Performance from California State University, Northridge.
