How to Negotiate a Salary
How to Negotiate a Salary
What you’ll learn
Skills you’ll gain
You have been offered a new job or are contemplating asking for a raise. Money talk is delicate and requires a quiet touch – no wonder you're feeling uneasy about having the conversation with the higher ups. In this course, instructor Stephanie Heath, job search/negotiation/interview coach, and founder of SoulWork & Six Figures, will teach you how to successfully negotiate your desired salary. She'll push you to embrace your own self-worth, and teach you how to research and appropriately assess your market value. You'll learn when and how to bring up your desire for a higher paycheck, and what to do and don't do during that conversation. Hopefully you're rewarded with a bigger number, but if not, Stephanie will provide the tactics needed to move forward. By the end of this course, you should feel empowered and prepared to negotiate a new salary.
