Rachel Staples Guettler, MM, EdD, is an executive coach, leadership coach, vocal performance coach, and professional opera singer. Rachel works in professional higher education administration and currently serves as the Director of Development for Pepperdine University Advancement. Rachel teaches in the Pepperdine Consulting Certificate Program at the Graduate School of Education & Psychology, and she facilitates educational workshops for students in the Masters of Science in Management and Leadership program at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Rachel has a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and holds a Master's degree of Music in Vocal Performance from California State University, Northridge. Rachel also has a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a minor in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Florida State University. Rachel is passionate about developing leaders and powerful presenters for a multitude of business settings and industries. Rachel is a consultant for growing, strengthening, and advancing leadership through presentation skills. Rachel is the owner of OperaTune Vocal Studio, serving the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura County areas as well as offering coaching sessions online worldwide since 2005.
