Creativity is one of the top skills requested by employers, but we often think that creativity is something we’re simply born with — or not. If you feel you’ve been unlucky in creativity, you’re mistaken. We often talk about creativity like it’s a magical gift, but that’s a big mistake: The reality is that creativity can be learned. You can work on and develop your sense of creativity, using the design process. Your instructor in this engaging course is Tutti Taygerly, a former tech designer-turned-leadership coach who is an expert in guiding individuals to believe in, and own, their creativity. In this course, you’ll learn how to find and dig deep into the creativity that is your birthright. You’ll discover how to cultivate curiosity and embrace a more creative mindset. By the end of this course, you’ll know how to best use the steps of the design process and how to experiment with creativity, leveraging it for all its power to thrive at work and your personal life.
