Amber Vanderburg
Amber Vanderburg is a multi-award-winning businessperson, keynote speaker, author, and founder of the international learning development company, The Pathwayz Group. This global organization has guided over 750,000 learners across more than 70 countries on action-focused leadership and team development journeys. Amber's background in talent development includes roles as the only female, only American, and only blonde football coach for the Adidas Gameday Academy and Paris Saint Germain Academy in Bangalore, India. She has authored top-reviewed online courses for platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Lecturio, and PluralSight, and served as the HR Director for Paradigm Shift Leadership.
In 2022, she released her first business adventure book, "Uniquely Better," which delves into building higher team performance. Vanderburg holds an MA in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma and is passionately on a quest to find the world's best ice cream.
