In this course, you'll not only learn what it takes to keep in compliance with the 1964 Civil Rights Act, you'll discover the critical steps to build a vibrant, more dynamic environment for ideas and employees to thrive. Taught by Amber Vanderburg, an award-winning international businessperson, coach, and speaker, you'll learn to make key assessments, including identifying the strengths and personalities of those in your team, and then filling the gaps and deficiencies of personalities you're missing. And in a world where it’s not uncommon to work with team members all over the planet simultaneously, you'll also learn how to cultivate a team with a global mindset. you'll discover why it's so important to confront unconscious bias and see people for who they truly are. Age-related aspects are covered as well, including how to value a team whose members are in different seasons of life.

Amber Vanderburg
Amber Vanderburg is a multi-award-winning businessperson, keynote speaker, author, and founder of the international learning development company, The Pathwayz Group.
