Amber Vanderburg is a multi-award-winning businessperson, keynote speaker, author, and founder of the international learning development company, The Pathwayz Group. Amber's background in talent development includes roles as the only female, only American, and only blonde football coach for the Adidas Gameday Academy and Paris Saint Germain Academy in Bangalore, India.
