Becoming an Inspiring Mentor
Becoming an Inspiring Mentor
What you’ll learn
Skills you’ll gain
You recognize your talents and see others struggling to obtain similar skills. You want to share your abilities. After all, masters need apprentices, and the same goes for those needing a bit of help. This course, taught by Dr. Ruth Gotian, a leadership development and success expert, and contributor to Forbes and Psychology Today, will help you become an inspiring mentor. You will learn what a mentor does, and the benefits mentors provide. Ruth will outline the qualities of an encouraging and successful mentor. Like a friend, you must be present and push your mentee to be their best self. You’ll also be made aware of the mistakes you can make, and how to avoid them in the future. Ruth will push you to always uplift your mentee’s hard work and spirit. Upon finishing this course, you should be confident guiding, teaching, inspiring, and championing your future mentees.
