Finding Flow in Hybrid Work
Finding Flow in Hybrid Work
What you’ll learn
Skills you’ll gain
In today's world of work, achieving a state of flow is increasingly difficult. When you were working in an office alongside someone else, it was easy to feed off of each other and ignite passion to propel tasks forward. Separately, when you were at home, you had time to dive into your own flow tasks without interruption. So, how do you get back to achieving a flow state when the lines between work and home life have blurred? In this course, Dr. Matthew Dubin shares why maintaining flow is crucial to your success, and how you can get into a routine of flow when your team is distributed or you're working from home. He first covers what it means to achieve flow and how it's been impacted for hybrid working. Then, he dives into strategies that cover how to structure your time, approach your work, and manage enablers and barriers to maximize your flow. Matthew also shares strategies to increase team synergy and flow when everyone's at home, in the office together, or gathered in a meeting.
