1. Excel inserts a little mark in a cell to indicate the cell has a comment in it. What does the mark look like?
A little red triangle in the top right of the cell.
A little green triangle in the top left of the cell.
A little blue triangle in the bottom right of the cell.
2. Suppose you select to print comments at the end of the sheet. What other print settings should you modify?
Worksheet headers should be configured.
Row and column headings and gridlines should also be printed.
No other print settings need to be modified. The comments print as displayed on the sheet.
3. How do you review each comment in your workbook to ensure no comments have been missed?
Print the worksheet and look for the little red marks.
Use the Show All Comments button on the Review tab to show all the comments.
Use the Next button on the Review tab to cycle through each comment.
