Simple shortcuts to help you edit your content down to the last character. Options include bold, italics, underscore, numeric options, and more.

Decrease font by one step size Use this shortcut to decrease the font size incrementally for selected text, an entire cell, or even a range of cells. Initially the size changes are large if font size is Initially large, but they get smaller as the shortcut is used more. Alt H F K Shift <
Use scientific format Working with large numbers? This shortcut changes the format within all selected cells to a scientific-based format. When used shortcut will edit all numbers within your selection to include a single digit followed by two decimal places and your exponential. (I.E. 2.20E+03) Ctrl Shift ^ Control Shift ^
Format cell value with currency formatting In financial mode? This shortcut changes the format within all selected cells to a currency-based format. Format cell value with percentage formatting This shortcut changes the format within all selected cells to a percentage-based format. When used shortcut will add a percentage sign and two zeros to any numbers within your selection. (I.E. 20000%) Ctrl Shift % Control Shift %
Format cell value with date formatting If you are working with multiple dates, this shortcut can help save time by changing the format within all selected cells to a date-based format.
